How to Optimize Mental Health While Navigating the Music Industry
The phrase “all hands on deck” comes from naval tradition, when every sailor was called to the deck to face a critical turning point together. Today, the phrase is used in workplaces and communities to mean a collective, full-team effort. It conveys urgency, unity, and shared responsibility — that success depends on everyone’s contribution, not just a few leaders or specialists.
