We can’t solve the mental health crisis if we don’t solve the leadership crisis.
– Catherine Harrison, Founder & President, Revelios
Our Mission
Our mission is to help Canadian music organizations of all shapes and size design, implement, measure, and sustain meaningful human-centred leadership practices and optimize the collective work experience in high-pressure, high-creativity environments.
Our Goal
Our 2025 research shows that music professionals want a healthier workplace culture — not just self-care perks or access to counseling services. Less than 15% of workers in the industry feel their employers or collaborators prioritize mental health or see their leaders as advocates.
Navigating mental health in the music industry is complex. Our goal is to help you create psychologically safe environments where artists, crew, staff, and freelancers feel balanced, motivated, and inspired — whether they are on stage, in the studio, at the office, or managing a tour.
Our clients experience how human-centred leadership skills drive sustainable high performance in our dynamic music industry.
Our Impact
We have supported over 850 leaders, teams, and professionals at all levels to develop human-centred leadership practices and create psychologically safe workplaces. We’re now applying this experience and expertise in the music industry.
The music industry is high-pressure, fast-paced, and often unpredictable. All music workers face unique mental health challenges — from touring burnout to the stress of doing more with less, all while navigating ongoing and rapid change.
At Revelios, we help you create healthy, high-trust culture while driving high performance.
Why It Matters
- Boost creativity and engagement
- Build trust and collaboration
- Reduce burnout, absenteeism, and stress
- Attract, retain, and develop key talent
It’s not just the right thing to do. It’s good business.
Our Approach
At Revelios, we believe that mental health is not a side conversation — it’s a cornerstone of sustainable careers, leadership integrity, and organizational success in the music industry.
Our philosophy goes beyond one-off workshops or reactive support. We don’t do ‘Woo’.
What makes our approach different?
- We build from the inside out. We help leaders, teams, and organizations cultivate mental well-being from within — not by adding more tasks, but by changing how people relate, lead, and collaborate.
- We work at both the emotional and organizational levels. From individual resilience to systemic reform, we support both personal well-being and structural change.
- We speak the language of leadership. With 35+ years in strategy, psychology, and organizational culture, we position mental health as a core industry priority — not a “nice-to-have.”
- We stay beyond the first session. We offer post-learning integration, coaching, audits, and strategic advising to ensure mental health isn’t just discussed — it’s embedded into your creative ecosystem.
