Mental health at work isn’t a training program – it’s a practice. When we make it part of how we lead, we transform how we work.

Our Mission

Our mission is to help organizations design, implement, measure, and sustain meaningful mental health strategies — with a specialized focus on high-performance environments in the creative industries and life sciences.

Our Goal

The latest research confirms that employees want a healthier workplace culture, not just self-care perks and EAP. Less than 40% of workers said their employers prioritize mental health and saw their leaders as advocates.

Navigating mental health at work is complicated. Our goal is to help you create psychologically safe environments where employees feel balanced, motivated, and inspired – whether they are backstage, in the lab, or boardroom.

Our Impact

We have served over 800 leaders in 18 organizations to help develop human-centred leadership practices and create psychologically safe workplaces.

A psychologically safe workplace is directly attributed to helping the bottom line.

You get:

  • Improved productivity and engagement
  • Fostered trust that leads to higher performance
  • Increased employee retention
  • Reduced absenteeism and presenteeism

It’s not just the right thing to do. It’s good business.

Our Approach

At Revelios, we believe that mental health is not a side conversation – it’s a cornerstone of workplace sustainability, leadership integrity, and organizational success.

Our philosophy goes beyond one-off workshops or reactive support. We don’t do ‘Woo’.

We partner with organizations to co-create cultures of human-centred leadership and psychological safety, where employees feel motivated, supported, and seen – and where leaders are equipped to lead with empathy and accountability.

Most workplace mental health strategies stop at surface-level solutions: crisis hotlines, lunch-and-learns, or outsourced EAPs.

We believe real change requires a more intentional, integrated, and human-centred approach – one that aligns well-being with culture, leadership, and performance.

What makes our approach different?

  • We build from the inside out. We help leaders and teams build capacity for mental well-being from within – not by adding more tasks, but by changing how people relate, lead, and work together.
  • We work at both the emotional and organizational levels. From individual agency to systemic change, we support both personal resilience and structural reform.
  • We speak the language of leadership. With 35+ years of experience in strategy, psychology, and organizational culture, we understand how to position mental health as a business priority – not a “nice-to-have.”
  • We stay beyond the first session. We offer post-learning integration, coaching, audits, and strategic advising that ensure mental health isn’t just talked about – it’s embedded.
